Donna J. Glazebrook

WELLSVILLE - Donna J. Glazebrook, 71, of Wellsville, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at her daughter's residence.

She was born September 24, 1951, in East Liverpool, the daughter of the late Pearl L. (Steiner) and Roy E. Ammon, Sr. In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death on February 1, 2019, by her husband, Cletus Glazebrook, whom she married September 23, 1992. She was also preceded in death by five brothers: Harry, Richard, Ronald, Roy Jr., and Jack Ammon; and two sisters: Margaret Joy and Shirley Balser. 

Donna was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, and mema. 

Survivors include one daughter, Crystal (Scott) Hawk of Salineville; one son, Steve Dock of Wellsville; and one brother, Ralph "Butch" (Debbie) Ammon of Wellsville. She is also survived by four grandchildren: Rachelle Demastus of Akron, Terry Dock of Wellsville, Seth Hawk of Salineville, and Sarah Hawk of Salineville; and one great-grandson, Carter of Salineville. 
 

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, January 2, 2023, at the Roberts Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Blakeley of the Wellsville First Christian Church officiating.

Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.

Family and friends may call from 12:00 - 2:00 PM on Monday at the Roberts Funeral Home, 631 Main Street in Wellsville.
