Obituary of Ralph Albaneso

Ralph Lewis Albaneso

 

WELLSVILLE - Ralph Lewis Albaneso, 66, of Wellsville, passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019, at East Liverpool City Hospital.

 

He was born December 21, 1952, in Cambridge, Ohio, the son of the late Ralph and Lois (Bailey) Albaneso.

 

Ralph graduated from Wellsville High School. He was employed for thirty years in the special shapes lining department of the Ferro Corporation before retiring in 2003. Ralph was a member of the Wellsville Eagles Aerie 772 and the Wellsville VFW Post 5647, and he served as both a negotiator and the president of his union. He was a member of the Living Well Church.

 

Survivors include one son, Ralph Albaneso and his wife, Shawna, of Wellsville; one daughter, Jessica Albaneso and her husband, Kris, of Holt, MI; his significant other, Elizabeth “Libby” Taylor of Wellsville; and two sisters: Linda Kidder of Guilford Lake, OH, and Marlene D'Alessio and her husband, Joe, of East Liverpool. Also surviving are four grandchildren: Amanda O'Hanlon, Haylee Albaneso, Adyson Kastor, and Khloe Lindsey; and several nieces and nephews who will dearly miss Ralph.
 

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, January 30, 2019, at the Roberts Funeral Home with Pastor Dirk Hall of the church officiating.

 

Burial will be in Yellow Creek Cemetery.

 

Friends may call from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 pm on Tuesday at the Roberts Funeral Home, 631 Main Street in Wellsville. Members of the Eagles will be conducting a service at 6:00 pm.
